Retroactively update syllabus to reflect changes. I was unable to knit a .docx from the .Rmd I edited so I instead made a .pdf for what it may look like. I think it may reflect where exactly we currently are, unless we want to look back on what we are missing if we are behind or ahead of schedule. Changes made to .rmd for 4/24, 4/29, and 5/1.
